Wolfenstein 3D Classic Platinum app for iPhone and iPad

Amazing game but I remembred wen the first version of this game came out on the market Germany sued the game for having so much reference to hitler!

Amazing port of a classic game. Before I downloaded I was worried about what the controls would be like but they work perfectly for me. Honestly some of the best I have used on the iPhone. Now or 20 years ago I never bothered with strafing in games of this type so that does not bother me. You probably only need it on the higher difficulties. I got it when it was free for a day but it would be worth the full price.

The Boss fights are not hard at all. There is a secret mini gun/ammo room and a Hp/Food room. Once you find them all the bosses are easy.

Very difficult to control. You stumble around like a drunk man.

I used to like this game untill it started crashing everytime I tapped "Resume". Plz fix this

Crashes far too often, when you try to start a level, try to do anything. Fix or del

1. Clearly not optimized for the ipad. Default controls are in the CORNERS of the screen?? 2. Custom control placement RESETS every time the game is restarted. A serious bug that should be fixed.

The latest update does say iPhone 5, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus, BUT your iPhone 4 will keep prompting you to update - AND it will update. The menus mess up, and you cant select new games anymore. Then youre stuck.

Ill be honest here. The game is alpha quality and isnt worth any money. The game crashes all the time and if you are lucky. After 2 to 5 attempts at beating a level you will be able to without it crashing. Hence the 1 star rating as there appears to be a full game here. In episode 6 the first level has a treasure you cant obtain as I want through it thoroughly trying to find it with an online guide. The second level has a secret area but the wall moves to far and you cant access a third of the level. You can still beat it though. I dont know what other problems there as it will probably take weeks to finish the game because of all the crashing and bugs. Update: Level 7 of the same episode has a wall that moves to far so you cant get to the next secret wall. This prevents you from getting the last secret and the last treasure. This is a shameful money grab piece of garbage. I looked through the version history and they say they fix the bugs and even made it possible to download custom maps. Well there are no options for that inside the App and considering the fact it constantly crashes. They didnt fix anything. Perhaps they decided to bump the App up by a version and do nothing else in hopes of getting people to think it isnt a piece of crap and spend some money. Alpha quality games shouldnt be released nor should beta quality games. Somehow the developers of this app thought that alpha quality was good enough and also decided you should pay for it as if thats "perfectly acceptable". Ill stick with the fan remakes and Doom mods of Wolfenstein 3d and never waste money on this kind of garbage again.
